These terms govern your use of The Telling, operated by God on the Rocks Productions.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 13 or older to use The Telling.
Your content
Everything you create in The Telling is yours. God on the Rocks Productions claims no ownership, license, or rights to any content you create using this app. This applies to all users without exception.
What we provide
The Telling provides an AI-powered writing companion. The AI is designed to ask questions and support your creative process — it does not write for you and claims no authorship of your work.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use The Telling to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Beta
The Telling is currently in beta. Features may change. We are not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable measures to protect your work.
Limitation of liability
The Telling is provided as-is. God on the Rocks Productions is not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
